ASPIRE CONNECT UNITE (pdf)

What would it mean to you to be really connected to your highest wisdom?

Recent months I have the privilege of working with people who aspire to have a better life.

How long have you aspired, hoped dreamed and wished that miraculously life would be different?

These are individuals just like you and me, taking their place in society, financially supporting their family, yet deep within feel lost, wandering without a greater purpose, without a defined reason to be.

As personal and professional lives responded to demands and busyness, many found themselves disconnected, depleted, burnt out, tired, under weight, overweight, lacking money, money but no time, relationship difficulties, lonely...

If you relate to this experience carried by many of my first time clients then, like them it is time to lift your vision to higher sights, build yourself beyond its former limits. Connect to your higher wisdom and become your own leader.

An effective leader is not someone who attracts attention to himself or herself but who is seen as the quintessence of something important – something that is oriented towards issues that touch us all.

If you want to make a difference become a leader in your own life, how?

  • Connect to your wisdom and spiritual purpose.
  • Learn from the people who are being and doing what you desire to do and be!

Let me help you.

At a young age I created a spiritual life purpose statement – I already had a vision of what I would do in my life but there was a void. I had an understanding that spirituality, personal and professional achievement, are inextricably interlinked.

A spiritual statement calls for wisdom, passion, connectedness, unity, leadership.

Not just any leader, but a leader who makes a difference.
Leaders who influence rather than demand tend to be more successful.
An example is parenting, parents who kindly and consistently influence rather than demand have better life-time rapport.

Let me help you begin. Three simple steps...

  • Create your spiritual statement
  • Write it down
  • Create a vision board

Creating your spiritual statement takes courage.
Writing it down makes it a commitment.
Creating a vision board brings clarity.

Every choice you make either brings you closer to, or further from your spiritual wisdom values!
When you have clarity, each life decision evolves from your spiritual wisdom connectedness.
Deep within you’ll have a knowingness that you are on track!
You may not see the individual steps clearly but you will have an inner knowing that you can trust the journey process.

Are you on track yet?

WHO YOU SPEND TIME WITH IMPACTS ON YOUR QUALITY OF LIFE!

WHO YOU SPEND TIME WITH IMPACTS ON YOUR QUALITY OF LIFE! (pdf)

Who you spend time with
impacts on your quality of life! Examine the scope and influences that impact your life. This includes who you listen to, who you learn from, the books you read and TV programs you watch.

Your future will be the same as your past unless you examine your quality of life. By this I’m not referring to the place you live, car you drive the chattels you’ve gathered or the stocks and shares you have accumulated.

To examine your quality of life, listen to your body.

   Is your thinking excessive?
   Does your body carry anxiety?
Is your solar plexus relaxed or do you feel flutters of unease that are
more like excited seagulls than *graceful butterflies!
Do you have harmony in your heart charkra?

*There are times when we feel little flutters in our tummy. These little flutters are usually short term and relate to good stress, eustress, the definition of stress given by endocrinologist Dr Hans Seyle, for the stress evoked by any positive emotion or event.

Good stress refers to healthy and/or fulfilling arousal! The thought or sound of that ‘special someone’, preparing for a long awaited special event, watching your favourite sports team...

If your past has not been as harmonious as you desired, honestly examine the capacities and influences that impacted your life and of the energies that are still influencing your life choices.

I have mentors some of which are no longer living but their influence still has a positive radiating effect on my life.  On the other hand, there are those whose lives and life choices impacted our lives negatively and it is to these we need to address decisions if our future is to be different to our past.

Consciously and unconsciously negative influences are contributing factors to distress. Distress is not healthy, the list of diseases related to stress is long and scientific research adds on a regular basis more mental and physical diseases to this list. Examples of stress related diseases are depression, diabetes, obesity, heart disease, sexual dysfunction…sadly the list is large.

Whether distress be covert or overt it has the power, silent or otherwise, to put people into a depressed, ineffective mode. Unless ‘nipped in the bud’ this behavior can have a  crippling effect on the once healthy body.

Distress often stays in an alert state much longer and for this reason researchers refer to this state as the flight or flight response. Unaddressed becomes the foundation for disease.

If while reading you have identified contributing factors to distress, what are you willing to change? Some may say, there is nothing I can do. This dear reader is another subject for another time – it is called ‘helplessness’.

“Change brings opportunity.” Nido Quebein.
It takes courage to change but change brings new opportunity, better health and brighter tomorrows. So whatever it is that you have been promising yourself to do, make a decision and do it now!

CALM THE MIND, STOP EXCESSIVE THINKING

CALM THE MIND, STOP EXCESSIVE THINKING  Created and written by Sylvia Marina ©

The way to calm your brain and stop excessive or unnecessary thinking is similar to how to clear a muddy pool. Not by action, by doing or by stirring it up, but by stillness, by letting it be, and by letting it settle itself.

Too many ideas from the past have sought to educate us into thinking that unless we set the filters of our mind really high, ‘unscrupulous others’ will program it with bondage for you.
This desperation thinking is just nervous harassment which snuffs out your natural radiance.

The most challenging part of your life is not your neighbourhood, bad weather or an uncertain future, it’s your mind.

As we approach another new beginning, let it not be a repeat of a negative past, the disabling things/relationships we attach to, are those which also enslave us!

Within each of us is an amazing power to transform any challenge or difficulty into gifts beyond our imagination.

It is in quietness, when the two sides of the brain learn to function as one, then our experience of reality is different.

When you learn how to tap into the limitless part of you, stress melts away, your creative energy flows and you connect to your vibrant spiritual heart energy, (I am not referring to the physical heart here, that has its human limitations) it is then you will fully connect to your life and purpose. You will feel and know the deep sense of inner peace and connection.
And you will truly know the light of love, the radiance of being present, in the present.

Inner happiness, freedom, joy and comfort are not privileges, they are your RIGHTS!

Connected to your energetic, vibrant spiritual heart wisdom gives you an intuitive advantage to your every future choice.

Wishing you connectedness, love and wisdom!

Desperation snuffs out the light.
Gratitude and Contentment sends up the brightest flares for attracting!

TEN STEPS FOR GETTING THE LIFE YOU WANT

TEN STEPS FOR GETTING THE LIFE YOU WANT! (pdf) written by Sylvia Marina ©

This is the time when many set an intention for their festive and holiday season, closely followed by their new year love and lifestyle objectives.

I recall the lament of many of our readers who last year, overspent in the days close to christmas.
From a December over-spend,  it is difficult to get a clear start to the new year.

Here are some tips to assist you to stay on track

  1. Don’t carry old baggage into a new year. Manage your finances, address negative emotions and patterns of behaviour. Start the new year with a clean slate.

  2. Visualise what you truly want.
If you create an overdrawn bank account – what are the consequences!
If you want a specific lifestyle, visualise step by step how you will make that happen.

  3. Identify limiting beliefs. Sometimes awareness is all that is needed to change a belief.

  4. Every morning connect with your wisdom energy.

  5. Align your energy with your soul purpose.
You’ll know when your lifestyle, soul purpose and wisdom are aligned.
When energy is aligned, you feel an inner peace, happiness, joy,  miracles and prosperity happens.

  6. Stay on track. You’ve had enough dissapointments. It is time to learn your lessons.
2012 is a year of change. Now is the time to alignment with your soul purpose, harmony and bliss. Do you need a mentor or soul coach to help you map the way?

  7. Be kind to yourself.
Don’t overburden yourself. Honour yourself. Know when to say no!
Don’t accept seconds! Second servings has consequences!

  8. Reward yourself, spend time connected to nature.
Take time for creative expression, art, music, singing, gardening – whatever brings you joy!  Meditate in theta and delta, it will lift your spirit.

  9. Be open to receive. Stop writing the lists for a perfect partner, lifestyle or career.
Let go of all that clouds your beauty.
Become the person you dream you will someday be – be that person now.

  10. Be honest with yourself. Most look at their life from the inside out. Take time to observe your life from the outside in.

Life is precious. Life is love. If love has not reached the innermost part of your soul, isn’t it time to unveil the magnificent you so that love can transform and evolve your life?

THE BEGINNING HOLDS THE SEED

THE BEGINNING HOLDS THE SEED (pdf) written by Sylvia Marina ©

The beginning holds the seed of all that is to follow!

From the innocence of attending a training seminar nearly thirty years ago, new pathways, and many new beginnings evolved. The plain and bluntly spoken speaker of the day pushed us to put into writing our goal and dream of the future.

I was a reluctant participant!

You see, my problem was never what to do with my life, I knew my life mission therefore, it seemed futile and limiting to imprison my life purpose in words. Others is the class were busily writing and I didn’t wish to appear ungrateful to the person who had invited me to the event!  Unwillingly, (my negative body posture declared my attitude) I searched for words to convey what I needed to express.

I wrote:
“To travel the world teaching people to care for their own soul and the body that it’s cradled in”.

What did it really mean?

Recently I accepted an invitation from the Russian Federation in Moscow to present three four day wellness seminars. As I entered the aircraft that would take me on my mission to Russia, the sculptured words of so long ago reverberated from the chambers of my heart where I had stored them in the conscious awareness that when the invitation came to blaze a trail, I would be ready and prepared.

Like most, I’ve grasped many opportunities and experienced multiple ‘new beginnings’.

"The beginning is the most important part of any work, especially in the case of a young and tender thing; for that is the time at which the character is being formed and the desired impression is more readily taken." ~ Plato

From birth I was raised under the social welfare scheme and it seemed that harsh beginning set the stage for an adult life of yearning, yearning to understand myself and educate myself to the highest appropriate degree. A natural progression of my life was to be an educator.

Ralph Waldo Emerson, is purported to have said, "Let enthusiasm radiate in your voice, your actions, your facial expressions, your personality, the words you use, and the thoughts you think!"

I learnt quickly to discard the bad habit of a stubborn mind, this behaviour had the potential to cripple my future. With new awareness, new beginnings were forged. Another season of life began, a season of growth and prosperity. New awareness and wisdom!

It was winter and as I travelled through ice and snow and the bitter cold of Siberia I was reminded of my childhood in the south of New Zealand where during winter tiny bulbs would lie frozen in the ground and with the miracle of spring would bring a transformation of majestic beauty on the earth.
And so it is with each of us.

There will come a time when you believe everything is finished.
That will be the beginning.~ Louis L'Amour

FREE SPIRIT, LOVE AND PASSION!

FREE SPIRIT, LOVE AND PASSION (pdf) written by Sylvia Marina©

What is the common factor that has projects unfinished, love unexplored and dreams unfulfilled?

If I were given the power to cure just one ill that haunts mankind, writes Todd Puntolillo, I would pass up cancer, AIDS, and overlook heart disease because curing the malady I have in mind might just cure most of the others as a side effect. The cure I would seek would be the cure of criticism. No disease shrivels up children, destroys the family unit, ruins the business place, incapacitates government, nor produces stress like criticism.

The terrible three (criticism, judgment, and complaint) do more to dishearten the spirit and, in general, create misery, pain and sorrow than anything else I have ever encountered, says Todd.

Recently we embarked on a new to me art. I was excited about the prospect of exploring another aspect of the creative spirit. To friends I passed the frivolous comment that I hoped the evening didn’t finish with the dream being bundled into the box marked unfinished products.

It didn’t! I completed the project and now have a beautiful piece of wearable art that I enjoy.
Oh, the joy, smiles, accolades from our friends! And I was ecstatic! I’d finished my project, oh the satisfaction!

In conversation we began to mentally explore items that become unfinished projects and wondered why they had not been completed. Not having time was an excuse, as was not sure how to complete and change of mind, and no longer appropriate was why the project(s) lay dormant and then... Criticism we decided, was why most projects, remain incomplete.
For many criticism had not been expressed just the notion of what others may think or be thinking and not being supported in the dream, are debilitating factors.

We have no control over what others think, or say. Demeaning comments, judgement and criticism debilitates the innocent spirit, cripples ideas, fades and erases dreams and incapacitates human desire.

Probably all of us know the difference between receiving encouragement and being invalidated. Criticism puts the criticiser in a loveless place while the person being criticised feels inadequate loved-less and un-love-able. It’s a place devoid of kindness.

Unappreciated, people endeavour to cope by closing off emotions to the point they begin to operate their lives from a place of disappointment and then to move on in life, unfeeling.

Locked in ‘unfeeling’ people continue to physically live, emotionally freeze and spiritually diminish. Afraid to reach out and explore they stay stuck in the familiar environment of silent and verbal taunts continually longing to feel and know what love and kindness is! And internally yearning and asking, what is freedom?

What does it mean to have a free spirit?

  • To be able to express your initiative without fear of negative response
  • To live your life and life’s purpose with clarity and passion
  • To trust your knowing – understand the invisible and do the impossible

This is what it means to ‘evolve your future’, and truly know the love and joy of living.

RELATIONSHIPS - Non-Verbal Communication, it’s powerful!

RELATIONSHIPS - Non-Verbal Communication, it’s powerful! (pdf)

Daily, people communicate with much more than words. Research shows that the majority of our communication is non-verbal. Non-verbal communication, or body language, includes the tone of our voice, gestures, facial expressions, eye contact, posture.

Good communication is the foundation of successful relationships, both personally and professionally. The ability to understand and use non-verbal communication is powerful tools that will help you connect with others, express what you really mean, navigate challenging situations, and build better relationships at home and work.

If you are serious about improving your relationship skills observe how many non verbal messages impact your daily interactions.

Louder than words!
Often it is our non-verbal communication that sends louder messages that the spoken word. As we interact with others, we continually give wordless signals. The way we sit, how fast we speak, what we do with our hands, how close we stand, whether our shoulders are angle or direct, depending on cultures eye contact or no eye contact, crossed or uncrossed legs.   The nonverbal signals you send either produce a sense of interest, trust, and desire for connection—or they generate disinterest, distrust, and confusion.

Many of you are aware of my ongoing study in Face Language (physiognomy). The human face is extremely expressive, able to express countless emotions without saying a word. And unlike some forms of nonverbal communication, facial expressions are universal. The facial expressions for happiness, sadness, anger, surprise, fear, and disgust are the same across all cultures.

Too often, we send negative non-verbal signals without even knowing it, and then wonder why the developing connection and trust are lost in a relationship.

Queen of her castle:  Is this you?
Her castle is her domain whether that be the kitchen or the office?
I will give you a true life example:
After a luscious meal at ‘her home’ my partner offered to dry the dishes. Not having been to her home before he put the clean dishes onto a clear patch on the kitchen bench. Soon he was being directed to put the dishes in their allocated space and according to directions he did his best, shortly ‘queen of her kitchen’ began huffing and puffing, clicked her tongue and rearranged.
In aware of her dominant behaviour, I the observer was amused at the non-verbal antics.

Alone later that evening ‘he’ commented he would never ever offer to help in her kitchen again.

Unappreciative, bolshie behaviour! Is this one of the reasons why so many people yearn for close meaningful relationship and either don’t attract or attract and push the other interested party away– in an endeavour to be perfect, to always be ‘right’, through inflexibility, are you pushing people away!

The way you listen, look, move, and react tells the other person whether or not you care. The best way to understand non-verbal communication is to observe your own behaviour before judging another. They may unconsciously be mirroring you.

CHANGE HAPPENS in Theta & Delta

CHANGE HAPPENS in Theta and Delta (pdf)
written by Sylvia Marina ©

There are times when life throws you an experience you had not planned.

In 1997 following a horrid accident I had a dramatic change of life. My body, was badly fractured and for a period of time I was unable to do for myself. What to do? Firstly, I tried to discover what I could do! Very little!

While my body mended I reviewed my life.  In childhood I had a non specific place where I could connect to my inner self and it was to this place that I instinctively travelled, to the quiet place within, the place where many mysteries of life can be solved, physical hurts healed, clarity where once confusion and misunderstanding reigned ...  the place of solace, healing and positive change.

Deep in the DNA, Deoxyribonucleic acid, of each species on earth is a knowing. A knowing of our physical life purpose, the purpose of every organ and system – the purpose of life for you, the whole being – our DNA our blueprint! Along with this knowledge of survival and endeavours for the continued existence of life i.e. within the reproductive system comes the knowing of what is required for the ongoing survival of not only humans but every species, is the knowing of how to heal our life, how to change, how to be all that we aspire to be.

The importance of every human is contained in the DNA remembering their true structure and function. For cells that are damaged or dis-empowered, we can access the remembering when they were empowered and functioning according to nature and connect them back to the full complement of genetic information that we inherited from our parents, especially the set of chromosomes and the genes we carry, remembering within each gene is a wealth of knowing – its cradled in our magnificent cellular memory.

Cellular memory holds emotional imprints and beliefs and our current  ‘bio and geo’ graphical stresses and contributing factors to disease.  How to access cellular memory? That’s where the quiet place comes in!

The brainwave patterns of Theta and Delta hold the keys to cellular memory. Learning how to connect to the exact brain pattern energy where a negative imprint is stored and then changing the pattern of that energy has led to outstanding success in people’s wellness.

It is not only physical illness where
accessing memories in Theta & Delta is helpful.  People have advanced their career, improve relationships, transformed from low self esteem to increased confidence and more.  It is a simple matter of training the brain.
Once you have trained the brain it becomes a natural progression of life to use the brain wave pattern to focus creative energy for behaviour change, healing, relaxation, meditation.

To understand how each brainwave pattern has a role - healing and permanent change takes place in Theta & Delta.

Brain Pattern

Frequency range

Activity

State

High Beta

21Hz - 33Hz

Highly alert

Controlled by time & deadlines.

Beta

14Hz - 21Hz

Alert and focused

Logic, wants power & control.

Alpha

Theta

4Hz - 7Hz

Deep Relaxation
(also first stage of sleep)

Meditative state for changing behaviours.

Connected to knowledge & purpose.
Creative energy to manifest what our heart yearns for - love, intimacy, belonging, creative expression.

Delta

0.5Hz - 4Hz

Ideal Meditation state for Healing & Transformation

Deep sleep

Transformation & Healing,
Creative Hypnosis

Connecting to Wisdom

When a certain brainwave state is experienced and practiced over a period of time, the brain will "learn" and it will become easier to self-produce the desired brainwave state at will. Applying a stimulus to the brain will eventually bring the brain's state closer to the desired frequency. We use distinctive audible sound, finely tuned to the specific brain pattern frequencies for the purpose of educating the brain to switch from Beta to a desired state for healing, behavioural change or relaxation. Once you have trained the brain it becomes a natural progression of life to use the brain wave pattern most suited to focus energy, creative energy, behaviour change, relaxation or meditation.

HIDDEN DIMENSIONS & INFLUENCES THAT IMPACTED OUR LIVES

HIDDEN DIMENSIONS and INFLUENCES THAT IMPACTED OUR LIVES (pdf)
written by Sylvia Marina ©

In the past therapists and good meaning friends have accused people of ‘blocking out’ or god forbid...denial!, of certain events that influenced a life. Influences that you may have no conscious recall of having or being involved in – I suggest many influences were imprinted into our DNA, our genetic history. What if, those influences impacted our lives and led to a shut-down of insulted, injured or emotionally shocked/toxic organs or systems in the body and as if that part of us had been surgically removed another system surrogated for the block-out thus emotionally separating that organ, system or life-form.

In my thirty years of professional healthcare experience, one major reason people are still searching for their life path is that they misinterpret their longings and desires – the truth is, in our unfettered knowing, we each know our life purpose. While we have parts of our self that are still ‘separate’ we keep searching. We yearn to belong...but feel empty and unfulfilled.

Multi-dimensional healthcare researchers have increasing evidence of the effects of delayed trauma on the wellbeing of certain patients. For example; a significant number of severe burns/shock cases have within a five to seven year period of their accident, developed serious illnesses. The burns heal, the shock and scars remain.

When residue remains from emotional shock and/or prolonged trauma, as a pathway forward many put up a brave face, a mask, hoping life and the body will sort itself out.

Until we remove the masks that hide the multi-dimensional aspects of the self, a part of you will still be unfulfilled, dissatisfied and yearning.

You recognise that you are unfulfilled when you notice you consciously or unconsciously flit in pursuit of one idea to another when, to simply reconcile the past, embrace the present and welcome each tomorrow as a treasured friend that you have known for a very long time; is to then you begin to truly live in a space of sweet inner harmony.

Harmony is what you seek

Working with multi faceted diseases of the body ie cancer, rheumatoid arthritis ...contributing factors include environment, emotional, nutritional, ritual, habit, lifestyle and lifestyle expectations, work/life stress...the list is perhaps endless!

Genetically most people are predisposed to certain diseases and dysfunctions. These lie dormant till a trigger is activated. I mentioned burns victims, the shock of the event and the resulting stress and for many a sudden change of life and lifestyle is the trigger which manifests itself some five to seven years later in serious illness, cancer.

Identifying and defusing stored negative emotions means a trigger has nothing to activate.

However, expressing feelings is not something that most of us have ever been taught to do in any skilful way. In the hands of a skilled practitioner it is easy to express feelings and in so doing release triggers for disease. It can help boost feelings of self-worth and enhance relationships at work and home.

To fully embrace healthcare is to wholistically embrace the many parts and aspects of our known and unknown. If you are still questioning your reason or life purpose, then there are parts that make up the total of who you are that you have not yet identified and fully embraced.

At the age of fourteen, Jenny (not her real name) had a ‘life change’ shock that rocked her world.
Her father whom she adored, suddenly left the family home for another relationship. Along with that relationship was a ready-made family which included a ‘fourteen year old daughter’.
Father was infatuated with his new love and family and dote his time, money and attention to them. Jenny supported her Mum by putting on a brave face!

I was presenting a program for cancer patients when I met Jenny, she was nineteen years of age and three months into her medical treatment. After the five day retreat Jenny decided to book a follow-up kinesiology session with me, incorporating the specific specialised technique of theta & delta brain pattern energy.

Jenny had four sessions over three months plus used our specific ‘Keys to Clearing Theta & Delta’ CD twice a day.

Additionally she deleted foods that were likely to have a negative effect on her system.
Personally prepared and ate specific foods to support her immune system.
Gentle exercise, mild sunlight, adequate sleep, music, flower essences.
Ten years later Jenny continues her wellness regime which includes a specialised kinesiology session every six months.

Jenny experienced a ‘life changing’ event that sent her world into a spin and with it she lost her sense of ‘belonging’, the fourteen years of being ‘favourite girl’ was now a closed chapter. She felt she couldn’t share her feeling of dark desolation with her mum because mum was ‘hurting’ too. In Jenny’s words, “she would never trust again”.

Kinesiology showed 71% of her body was ‘separate’. Only 29% wanted to live.
On the statement, I yearn to feel and express the flame of being fully alive?  Only 2% positive energy.  In the fourth session, On the statement, I yearn to feel and express the flame of being fully alive?  68% positive energy. Further sessions her body is clear, her positive energy definite and the ‘separate’ parts – nil.

This specific work changed Jenny’s life and the lives of the many who seek positive change.

A FREDDO FROG or a MINTIE (pdf)

What were you doing ten years ago today?

Ten years ago on the morning of September eleven I was preparing to work the day with management at a large West Australia resort, when my partner asked me to watch the world news before venturing to my contract.

Throughout the years my business scope of managing stress, included corporate ‘cultural change’ consultant, health professional, speaker, trainer... this day I had on my organisation ‘cultural change’ hat on.

9/11 – disbelief, anguish, sickening, sadness, sorrow, abuse, destruction.

Research states, people have a natural forgiving spirit in time of natural disaster but in times of human intervention disaster, deliberate or by mistake people are less forgiving.

As I left our home that morning  I decided, my first stop was the local shop to get some Minties and Freddo Frogs. I felt if I was to sit in meetings the moral of management and team leaders may be boosted by a small gesture of goodwill, it also provided us some reality space.
Little did we know that day how close Ansett Australia was to collapse – in the days that followed my life experience and professional background was wishing for more than a Freddo or Mintie to boost the team whose business and income for hundreds, depended on tourism.

That day was the first time that I had ever felt courageous enough to ask management for permission to go to the ‘quiet place’; that place inside of our self, and refocus. They agreed.
Guided by wisdom and grace, together they followed my voice to find their place of serenity, the place where each could be authentic, be composed and effectively lead their people through the inevitable changing scenes of uncertainty. This is now an automatic part of what I do.

I encouraged them to be feeling people, to drop the facade. Rather than running on 95% panic and 5% assured that all would be well. Practical strategies and resilience was needed.

Imagine how powerful you could be by taking charge of your 95%?
In difficult times, in times of crisis or despair to have the skills required to consciously take responsibility for 95% of your responses to life is personal empowerment.

When people change their perspective, change their feelings, they create a whole new beginning.
Accessing the alpha, theta and delta brain pattern energy is the fastest and most effective way to access and reprogram the subconscious mind, which runs 95% of your responses to life.

In times of crisis, the fight and flight beta brainwave pattern is for most people, dominant, the resulting factor is what I term delirious rather that resilient.

Have you noticed how in times of stress, some people panic whilst others are resourceful.

The majority of resourceful people, practice the art and science of effective meditation and through times of crisis or despair know how to access the slower brainwave patterns of alpha, theta and delta, which means the two sides of the brain work together in harmony rather than one hemisphere dominant. With dominance the body goes wobbly, anger and dysfunction become the driving force rather than sense and sensibility.

When the two sides of the brain learn to function as one then our experience of reality is different ~ Sylvia Marina

Your gifts are within you. Learn how to go within and discover all of you.
Don’t wait for a crisis to occur to discover your mode of process.
People who discover and work with their inner gifts, make decisions from their wisdom power and through times of change go forward or begin again with resilience, serenity and grace.
