&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: #663300; font-size: 9pt;"&gt;All growth requires change and unless it is the change we yearn for, and sometimes even then, discomfort will happen.&lt;br /&gt;

The little six month old in our lives, is cutting teeth, once those teeth are through his life will begin to change forever. Other growth markers are happening too. New body movement, new strengths, recognitions and discoveries!&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: #663300; font-size: 9pt;"&gt;As I watch his growth and change I wonder, why do we in adult life so often resist change? &lt;br /&gt;
Is it because change, even small change, changes everything!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: #663300; font-size: 9pt;"&gt;Our deciduous tree on the front lawn is currently undergoing change. &lt;br /&gt;
For almost forty years I have witness this specific &amp;lsquo;tree&amp;rsquo; change. I recall the day I planted her. &lt;br /&gt;
He said it would grow and the roots would break the driveway, he was right, it has! &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: #663300; font-size: 9pt;"&gt;For me coming from cooler climate in the south of New Zealand, I wanted shade for the front of our home in summer and clear daylight for the winter, every year I watch the positive changes and we, in our hot dry climate have the comfort of the summer shade at the front of our home.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: #663300; font-size: 9pt;"&gt;When I planted that tree I didn&amp;rsquo;t anticipate another benefit ... the magnificent leaves catch the breeze providing a natural fan at the front of our home. And a disadvantage to our neighbours, when the leaves fall, its messy... I love it as it tells another story about change.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: #663300; font-size: 9pt;"&gt;Often in our living we want change, we want a more expansive life but look at the possible pain, upheaval or mess and settle for a less expansive way of being alive and as a result, our daily lives rarely live up to the potential we&amp;rsquo;ve witness in the lives of others or we our-self may have tasted in our most enlightened moments.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: #663300; font-size: 9pt;"&gt;Perhaps the reason we resist change is that we are afraid, or perhaps we feel safer to stay where we are and as we are. However, in life, as with our front-of-house tree, nothing stays completely the same!&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: #663300; font-size: 9pt;"&gt;It is possible for life to make sense. When we stop getting caught up in our unconscious patterns, when we stop emotionally struggling with worry, fear, doubt and insecurity... what if the caterpillar had doubts...will I be beautiful, what if my wings expand and dry and they are a different colour, width, shape to my siblings!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: #663300; font-size: 9pt;"&gt;But, what if... in the depth of freedom that you have tasted in your most profound moments could become the living foundation for every moment of your life &amp;ndash; it can.&lt;br /&gt;

Some receive a warning of pain or un-wellness, but not everyone is fortunate.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: #663300; font-size: 9pt;"&gt;Anger is a completely normal, usually healthy, human emotion. It&amp;rsquo;s when it gets out of control and turns overtly or covertly destructive; it leads to problems in the overall quality of your life and in most cases, also the lives of those nearest and dearest to you. Both you and your loved ones are at the mercy of an unpredictable and powerful emotion.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

There are a lot of things that can possibly cause somebody to have anger issues. It could be as basic as hormonal changes that your body is going through, which is often the case with adolescents along with their growing understanding of the world, or it could be of some deep-seated fear that goes back from your childhood and is triggered by an event, or it could be a recent traumatizing experience that hurt you a lot.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: #663300; font-size: 9pt;"&gt;Examples include feelings of loss, bankruptcy, lack of money, loss of career, death, divorce, break up of long term relationship, lost or broken friendship, abusive or dysfunctional childhood situations including not getting the childhood love you hoped for, lack of love and consideration during formative years, feeling nobody appreciates or values you, self expectation disappointments, jealousy, feeling lost, traumatised from a mugging or home invasion,...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: #663300; font-size: 9pt;"&gt;Many things, happenings and non happenings can cause anger issues, affecting us because some way or the other, it touches something that is important to us.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: #663300; font-size: 9pt;"&gt;People do not get angry without a reason, the same way that people do not just do things that can hurt them or other people. Many anger&amp;rsquo;s are deep within our DNA, we brought them into this lifetime buried within our genetic history; oh, if only they would stay buried, but no, given a stimulus they bubble to the surface and the result can be fast or a slow simmer, both actions have a destructive outcome.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: #663300; font-size: 9pt;"&gt;Anger is a way of coping, a way of reacting. You can turn anger into something constructive. You can track down what makes you angry and work with it. Anger does not have to be there forever. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: #663300; font-size: 9pt;"&gt;How to make the change that changes everything!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: #663300; font-size: 9pt;"&gt;To really deal with anger you have to find its source, the roots of where it all started. Only then can true healing begin and you can finally move on to a more beautiful life. &lt;br /&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: #663300; font-size: 10pt;"&gt;Perhaps the question is really... Are your goals yours? &lt;br /&gt;
Is what you are doing &amp;lsquo;your purpose&amp;rsquo; yours or someone else&amp;rsquo;s unfulfilled dream or desire that has been so imprinted on and in your life that you are convinced it is yours?&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Truly, your purpose is your own and you know it is your own when through the times that you cannot envision the future your faith in yourself (passion) never diminishes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: #663300; font-size: 10pt;"&gt;Many question their purpose and waiver when they feel challenge. To me &amp;lsquo;my purpose&amp;rsquo; is my life&amp;rsquo;s work. Each life is a living message (purpose), do you know yours?&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
PURPOSE &amp;amp; GOALS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: #663300; font-size: 10pt;"&gt;There is a different between purpose and goals. Goals are impermanent; we constantly achieve our goals, move our goals and set new goals &amp;ndash; realizing that goals are impermanent can relieve stress and contribute to your inner peace. Goals are external.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: #663300; font-size: 10pt;"&gt;Consider this, if you seek fulfillment only through external grounds what happens when they come to an end? Recently in our Breakthrough program participants (all parents) became palpably aware that the dedicated years of parenting children had come to the &amp;lsquo;time to let go&amp;rsquo;. &lt;i&gt;Be aware, it is possible to pretend to let go but still manipulate&lt;/i&gt; or simply let go and continue in peace. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: #663300; font-size: 10pt;"&gt;Parents will always be an influence, even when you have no personal contact with them! &lt;br /&gt;
Manipulating though, is always inappropriate devious control.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: #663300; font-size: 10pt;"&gt;Parents who understand the art of &amp;nbsp;&amp;lsquo;letting go&amp;rsquo; are parents with an inner purpose, a passion, a knowing that life has more. For a short while, maybe a moment there can be the question. &amp;rdquo;Where do I go from here?&amp;rdquo; This is what I call a regroup or a reset moment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: #663300; font-size: 10pt;"&gt;Perhaps the reason we sabotage our life is that we confuse our goals with our life purpose or in other words, our goals and life purpose are not in alignment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: #663300; font-size: 10pt;"&gt;I never doubted my purpose in life. From a very young child I had a deep internal knowing of my life&amp;rsquo;s work. In my thirty plus years of &amp;lsquo;helping people through times of change&amp;rsquo; I discovered over and over again that very few remember their purpose.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Children at play include being the person they know they will become and they play that role over and over again. As they grow they gather knowledge and wisdom, these childhood and young adult elements combine to become their passion.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
As a child I had a very long &amp;lsquo;talking/walking stick&amp;rsquo; and (an item that eventually became real), a pine-cone was my pretend microphone! My audience was Fli the Kelpie and her puppies, the ducks, a few farm geese, the bantam hens, the pet lamb ... these rascals were the ears for my many childhood and what were to be &amp;lsquo;unfolding&amp;rsquo; life stories. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: #663300; font-size: 10pt;"&gt;For a period of time in my young life, others choices for my life were forced upon me. These decisions created conflict to the point that my early teen-years living arrangement became impossible. But out of bad, came good! I discovered what wasn&amp;rsquo;t right for me. And this brought me again to my purpose, the truth that as a child I shared with my farmyard friends &amp;ndash; to be different to the mold others wanted me to fit. &amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;
Instead to look to my inner knowing and live my truth and purpose!&amp;nbsp; I wish you love and inner peace as you connect to and have the courage to embrace and live your true purpose. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: #663300; font-size: 9pt;"&gt;I listened. I realised people are looking outside their self for inspiration. I&amp;rsquo;m glad I was there.&lt;br /&gt;
Many are barren when it comes to in-spir-ation. &amp;nbsp;This is why so many drift into feelings of helplessness.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Helplessness, is a learned behaviour. Helpless people self doubt, they feel powerless and ineffective. If this is an aspect of your life or someone you know, it is time to step into your own shoes, or on the case of another, their own shoes.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: #663300; font-size: 9pt;"&gt;Too often we look outside our self for inspiration! We watch movies, read books, chant affirmations, friends if affirmations are rightly worded, rightly timed and in the right energy, we only ever need whisper them once to our absolute innermost. You don&amp;rsquo;t need to keep chanting or repeating a phrase, to spirit energy, it must sound as though you are whining, or whinging or doubting your own request. Spirit energy is not deaf! Perhaps we say things over and over again because we are deaf to our own expectation and worthiness to receive?&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: #663300; font-size: 9pt;"&gt;And what happens when there are no movies, no books available, things to inspire are not within our arms reach? The only one that is with us is our own self! Social media has brought the world closer, given us faces to friend 24 hours a day, and even there I hear the desolate cry and respond with deep gratitude that I and many of you my friends are there for that one moment, that one person.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: #663300; font-size: 9pt;"&gt;Inspiration begins with you. The word is an active, doing word ...in-spire!&lt;br /&gt;

    &lt;li&gt;Get rid of useless things. Go through your home, throw away everything you don&amp;rsquo;t use or need anymore...it may take more than a week but at least get started today. This will make space for better things to come. As you clear the clutter it will also affect your mind.&lt;br /&gt;
    &lt;span style="font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: #663300; font-size: 9pt;"&gt;You will feel more peaceful, creative and will be inspired to do more.&lt;br /&gt;
    &lt;br /&gt;
    &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: #663300; font-size: 9pt;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Finish what you started. Do not start another pile, another task or project &amp;ndash; until you have finished what you started. This discipline will boost your confidence.&lt;br /&gt;

    &lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;Clear your mind. View the mind as you do a museum. A good place to visit but unless well tended can get disorganised, cluttered and dusty. Only keep that which increases in value.Memories that inspire have value. &lt;br /&gt;

    &lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;Take a few minutes every day to find the quiet place within. Breathe and relax. Imagine relaxation as an energy, flowing from the top of the head &amp;ndash; with your eyes closed focus on relaxing your face, throat, shoulders... slowly all the way down to the tips of your fingers and the ends of your toes. This one discipline practiced every day will clear the mind, refresh the body and inspire your soul to take care of the &amp;lsquo;most important&amp;rsquo; ... YOU!&lt;br /&gt;

    &lt;li&gt;Smile often! Look for reasons to smile. A smile is a little curve that sets a lot of things straight! Smile before leaving the mirror!&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: #663300; font-size: 9pt; font-weight: normal;"&gt;A sad and serious scene stayed clearly in my mind of the caring wife and companion of a retired but youthful business man who had lost his sense of reality. His medical diagnosis, Dementia! &lt;br /&gt;
His wife spoke to me of his changed life and how in a bid to keep him safe, she had become a prisoner in their home.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: #663300; font-size: 9pt; font-weight: normal;"&gt;She cherished their years together and now, it is different!&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: #663300; font-size: 9pt;"&gt;They have come to assist you through a difficulty;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;i&gt; &lt;/i&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: #663300; font-size: 9pt;"&gt;to provide you with guidance and support;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: #663300; font-size: 9pt;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: #663300; font-size: 9pt;"&gt;Have you ever been challenged by a therapist who says you are &amp;lsquo;blocking&amp;rsquo; (does anyone know what that really means), and then they continue to tell you, you need to forgive! &lt;br /&gt;
I ask&amp;hellip;forgive what?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: #663300; font-size: 9pt;"&gt;I battled for years to resolve a reoccurring childhood issue, to eventually come to the sacred realization there was actually nothing to resolve. I use the word &amp;lsquo;sacred&amp;rsquo; because when the dawn of realization occurred I really, truly, deeply, felt blessed. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: #663300; font-size: 9pt;"&gt;The issue involved three people, actually five people! The extra two people were the parents, the supposed authority of the household who never had the skills, backbone or competence to &amp;lsquo;nip the kids childish behavior in the bud&amp;rsquo; (in hindsight they actually supported bullying behavior because they never stopped us). Subsequently it simmered for years, way into adulthood! &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: #663300; font-size: 9pt;"&gt;Professionally, I often find that it is an emotion that has not been recognized and responded to in an appropriate way that is the cause of much distress in people&amp;rsquo;s lives.&amp;nbsp; Due to a lack of emotional understanding, few know how to use their emotions in healthy and creative ways, rather they become slaves to a notion which may manifest as either out of control or control fanatic.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: #663300; font-size: 9pt;"&gt;The tragedy was no-one told us our stealthy behavior was emotionally disempowering and spiritually caustic! As kids it was a game, in youth we were covertly aggressive. Aspects of &amp;lsquo;the behavior&amp;rsquo; cropped up when the emotional energy was triggered when aspects of the dynamic&amp;rsquo;s came together! Sometimes it was just in thought! I guess this is why so many families both love and hate family gatherings i.e. christmas. It is the unresolved issues that you don&amp;rsquo;t fully understand that click in each time a certain energy vibration is activated.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: #663300; font-size: 9pt;"&gt;Are you or your siblings lugging around destructive behaviors that began in childhood, carried through to adults and now you wish you could resolve?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: #663300; font-size: 9pt;"&gt;This weekend as I presented the Mastery program I again became aware that in many relationship misunderstandings &amp;hellip; there is &lt;b&gt;nothing to forgive, nothing to resolve, just a few realizations to ponder and appreciate. &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

From my many childhood dilemma&amp;rsquo;s, misunderstandings and blames, once I understood this basic key, that there is &lt;b&gt;nothing to forgive, nothing to resolve, &lt;/b&gt;just some&lt;b&gt; realities of life to be understood, &lt;/b&gt;my thoughts, attitude and life changed.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: #663300; font-size: 9pt;"&gt;Do you know what it was to belong, to allow yourself to feel a physical or non physical embrace, to feel alive, abundant and connected with others around you and the pieces of life just fitting together, effortlessly!&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: #663300; font-size: 9pt;"&gt;Emotional Mastery is about developing a strong, stable, healthy core.&lt;br /&gt;

Others spend much of their lives feeling very little and struggle to connect with and express their emotions or allow their life to be magnificent. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span class="style2001" style="font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: #663300; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: normal;"&gt;I have mentors some of which are no longer living but their influence still has a positive radiating effect on my life.&amp;nbsp; On the other hand, there are those whose lives and life choices impacted our lives negatively and it is to these we need to address decisions if our future is to be different to our past.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span class="style2001" style="font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: #663300; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: normal;"&gt;Consciously and unconsciously negative influences are contributing factors to distress. Distress is not healthy, the list of diseases related to stress is long and &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: #663300; font-size: 10pt;"&gt;scientific research adds on a regular basis more mental and physical diseases to this list. Examples of stress related diseases are depression, diabetes, obesity, heart disease, sexual dysfunction&amp;hellip;sadly the list is large.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: #663300; font-size: 10pt;"&gt;Whether distress be covert or overt it has the power, silent or otherwise, to put people into a depressed, ineffective mode. Unless &amp;lsquo;nipped in the bud&amp;rsquo; this behavior can have a&amp;nbsp; crippling effect on the once healthy body.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: #663300; font-size: 10pt;"&gt;Distress often stays in an alert state much longer and for this reason researchers refer to this state as the flight or flight response. Unaddressed becomes the foundation for disease.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: #663300; font-size: 10pt;"&gt;If while reading you have identified contributing factors to distress, what are you willing to change? Some may say, there is nothing I can do. This dear reader is another subject for another time &amp;ndash; it is called &amp;lsquo;helplessness&amp;rsquo;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

The plain and bluntly spoken speaker of the day pushed us to put into writing our goal and dream of the future. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 115%; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: #663300; font-size: 9pt;"&gt;I was a reluctant participant! &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 115%; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: #663300; font-size: 9pt;"&gt;You see, my problem was never what to do with my life, I knew my life mission therefore, it seemed futile and limiting to imprison my life purpose in words. Others is the class were busily writing and I didn&amp;rsquo;t wish to appear ungrateful to the person who had invited me to the event!&amp;nbsp; Unwillingly, (my negative body posture declared my attitude) I searched for words to convey what I needed to express.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&amp;ldquo;To travel the world teaching people to care for their own soul and the body that it&amp;rsquo;s cradled in&amp;rdquo;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

A&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 115%; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: #663300; font-size: 9pt;"&gt;s I entered the aircraft that would take me on my mission to Russia, the sculptured words of so long ago reverberated from the chambers of my heart where I had stored them in the conscious awareness that when the invitation came to blaze a trail, I would be ready and prepared. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 115%; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: #663300; font-size: 9pt;"&gt;Like most, I&amp;rsquo;ve grasped many opportunities and experienced multiple &amp;lsquo;new beginnings&amp;rsquo;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 115%; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: #663300; font-size: 9pt;"&gt;From birth I was raised under the social welfare scheme and it seemed that harsh beginning set the stage for an adult life of yearning, yearning to understand myself and educate myself to the highest appropriate degree. A natural progression of my life was to be an educator.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 115%; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: #663300; font-size: 9pt;"&gt;I learnt quickly to discard the bad habit of a stubborn mind, this behaviour had the potential to cripple my future. With new awareness, new beginnings were forged. Another season of life began, a season of growth and prosperity. New awareness and wisdom!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

The cure I would seek would be the cure of criticism. &lt;p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;"&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: #663300; font-size: 9pt;"&gt;The terrible three (criticism, judgment, and complaint) do more to dishearten the spirit and, in general, create misery, pain and sorrow than anything else I have ever encountered, says Todd. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Not having time was an excuse, as was not sure how to complete and change of mind, and no longer appropriate was why the project(s) lay dormant and then... Criticism we decided, was why most projects, remain incomplete.&lt;br /&gt;
For many criticism had not been expressed just the notion of what others may think or be thinking and not being supported in the dream, are debilitating factors. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Demeaning comments, judgement and criticism debilitates the innocent spirit, cripples ideas, fades and erases dreams and incapacitates human desire.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: #663300; font-size: 9pt;"&gt;Probably all of us know the difference between receiving encouragement and being invalidated. Criticism puts the criticiser in a loveless place while the person being criticised feels inadequate loved-less and un-love-able. It&amp;rsquo;s a place devoid of kindness.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: #663300; font-size: 9pt;"&gt;Unappreciated, people endeavour to cope by closing off emotions to the point they begin to operate their lives from a place of disappointment and then to move on in life, unfeeling.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;Locked in &amp;lsquo;unfeeling&amp;rsquo;&lt;/b&gt; people continue to physically live, emotionally freeze and spiritually diminish. The human face is extremely expressive, able to express countless emotions without saying a word. And unlike some forms of nonverbal communication, facial expressions are universal. The facial expressions for happiness, sadness, anger, surprise, fear, and disgust are the same across all cultures. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

I will give you a true life example: &lt;br /&gt;
After a luscious meal at &amp;lsquo;her home&amp;rsquo; my partner offered to dry the dishes. Not having been to her home before he put the clean dishes onto a clear patch on the kitchen bench. Soon he was being directed to put the dishes in their allocated space and according to directions he did his best, shortly &amp;lsquo;queen of her kitchen&amp;rsquo; began huffing and puffing, clicked her tongue and rearranged.&lt;br /&gt;
In aware of her dominant behaviour, I the observer was amused at the non-verbal antics. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: #663300; font-size: 9pt;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: #663300; font-size: 9pt;"&gt;Alone later that evening &amp;lsquo;he&amp;rsquo; commented he would never ever offer to help in her kitchen again.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: #663300; font-size: 9pt;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: #663300; font-size: 9pt;"&gt;Unappreciative, bolshie behaviour! Is this one of the reasons why so many people yearn for close meaningful relationship and either don&amp;rsquo;t attract or attract and push the other interested party away&amp;ndash; in an endeavour to be perfect, to always be &amp;lsquo;right&amp;rsquo;, through inflexibility, are you pushing people away!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

The best way to understand non-verbal communication is to observe your own behaviour before judging another. They may unconsciously be mirroring you.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

There are times when life throws you an experience you had not planned.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

My body, was badly fractured and for a period of time I was unable to do for myself. What to do? Firstly, I tried to discover what I could do! Very little! &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

For cells that are damaged or dis-empowered, we can access the remembering when they were empowered and functioning according to nature and connect them back to&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: #663300; font-size: 9pt;"&gt;the full complement of genetic information that we inherited from our parents, especially the set of chromosomes and the genes we carry, remembering within each gene is a wealth of knowing &amp;ndash; its cradled in our magnificent cellular memory.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
